What are the criteria before we collect A2 milk to produce pure A2 ghee?
Our Hygiene Check For Our Sourcers
- We employ farmers who organically raise Gir Cow, maintaining complete hygiene to yield fresh and the healthiest A2 milk.
- Cows are provided with nutritional food for better health for themselves and the calves.
- Plenty of shade is also provided in hot weather, which is essential in summer. To maintain proper sanitization, fans and sprinklers are installed to keep the shelter cool and properly ventilated.
- The farmers cover the manure pit to prevent flies from breeding, and feed and other excreta are disposed of neatly daily.
- They have a properly constructed drainage system for cow dung and a proper slope to facilitate the drainage of liquid excreta.
- Sterilized watering and feeding utensils to keep away sickness and maintain the healthy development of our cows.
